Caspar Weinberger, U.S defense secretary under President Ronald Reagan, died on Tuesday at age 88. His and Ronald Reagan's legacy will be they brought down the Soviet Union and ended the Cold War.A longtime member of Reagan's inner circle of California friends, Weinberger was one of the president's strongest supporters in the Cabinet. He and Lyn Nofziger have both died within 24 hours of each other. Well, If there is a heaven it's a better place with "Dutch", Lyn and "Cap" telling stories and I am sure eating jelly beans.
