Romney in the Wilderness, Waiting

Click on the title for a link to a review of Mitt Romney's new book "No Apology: The Case for American Greatness" by National Review. A quote from the book:

"Never before has there been a generation of Americans that has imperiled the following generations’ opportunity for achievement and advance as we have done. And America’s ability to preserve individual freedom and the nation’s security is also in jeopardy, because unless things dramatically change, our debts and obligations will imperil our economy and our military — not because of fierce foreign competitors or the need to engage enemies militarily, but simply because of our own woeful negligence"
.

This weekend I saw an extended interview of Romney about his new book on C-Span, by Juan Williams, and Romney comes across as the kind of leader you would want in a crisis and we ARE in a crisis in so many ways . The nice thing about C-Span is they take an entire hour for their book interviews unlike the 2 minute interviews you get on the other TV channels. I like him a lot!
