During the Moos administration of the University of Oregon Athletic Department the Southern Oregon office of the Duck Athletic Fund in Medford was closed for "financial" reasons. When Pat Kilkenny took over for Bill Moos as Athletic Director there was hope by Southern Oregon Duck fans that the office would re open. In the last few weeks that has happened and Joe Ancell is the new Regional Director of Development University of Oregon for Southern Oregon and Northern California.
