The president said today at his press conference he would not accept a smaller, short-term deal on extending the debs ceiling "We might as well do it now," he said. "Pull off the band aid. Eat our peas." This from a President who spent his presidency spending like a drunken sailor. Well... the credit card is due and there is no more credit !
