The enemies of the United States watch and wait but will not wait forever. Iran, North Korea, Russia, China and Al-Qaeda view Barack Obama as a weak leader in international affairs. They see indecision on Afghanistan, They see a United States President who is more interested in apologising for the alleged transgressions of his own country than standing up for it.They see a President who alienates our allies while reaching out to our enemies. They see foreign terrorist given the same rights as citizens. They see weakness!
President Obama for all his skill as a campaigner has no foreign policy experience. They see a man in over his head. If I were the Chinese, Taiwan would look mighty tempting. If I were the Russians, the former Soviet States of Eastern Europe would look mighty tempting. If I were the North Koreans, there is no reason not to develop nuclear weapon and the means for delivering them. If I were the Iranians, it would be full speed ahead on the development of nuclear weapons and the means to destroy Israel. If I was Al-Qaeda, I would be training my terrorist on the advantages of the Miranda Warning and the right to remain silent and the right to an attorney along with bomb making .
The world had become a much more dangerous place.
