Censorship at Oregon State University

Oh, those Oregon State Beavers! This news story hit the press this morning:

The Liberty, an independent conservative student newspaper at Oregon State University, has plastered the word CENSORSHIP on the front page of its current issue. Oregon State officials have banned the newspaper from distributing on campus except for two locations. One in the student union and the other in the administration office. All other racks on campus have been removed.
The Daily Barometer the "Official" student newspaper is allowed racks for distribution all over campus.. According to a local TV news report, OSU administrators say the Barometer is the only recognized student publication at the university and “therefore is the only newspaper allowed special distribution" The Liberty says that’s "censorship.”

Sounds like Censorship to me!
