Bush on Solid Legal Ground on Surveillance of Terrorist Communications

James S. Robbins has written a excellent legal brief on President Bush's Powers to conduct electronic surveillance of terrorist communications crossing into or out of the Unites States. He cites U.S. Code: Title 50: Section 1801 and 1802. Click on the title above for his legal brief and then print it off and READ the U.S. Code sections cited above, as I did, and you see that President Bush is on solid legal ground. In reading the code it is important to read the definitions in Section 1801.
