Self-identified conservatives outnumber self-identified liberals in all 50 states of the union, according to the Gallup Poll. Nationwide, 40% identify themselves as conservative. 35% as moderate and only 21 % as liberal.
Even in Oregon Conservatives outnumber Liberals with 33% calling themselves Conservative vs 27% calling themselves Liberal with moderates the largest group at 37%. The bad new for Oregon is it is one of the most liberal states with only the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Vermont and Hawaii having a larger percentage of Liberals.
