Oregon Sports Network officials were working late Tuesday to find another local carrier ( in Oregon) for their production. The most likely option seems to be the new regional Comcast SportsNet affiliate, which launches Thursday on cable channel 37 (in Eugene).

“I think it’s going to work out,” said Joe Giansante, the play-by-play voice for OSN telecasts who is also the UO athletic department’s director of community relations. “The main thing is, fans are getting to see the game.”
